Opening hours and installation times according to agreed criteria.

Sales reports to be provide once a month on the last Thursday of every month.

Regular regional market surveys and reports: sales problems, customer comments and complaints with main reasons; competitor activities; your ideas and suggestion about WDS brand promotions and what could be done to improve customer service and off-take in your region.

Periodical inspection of salons, inspection of sales tools in the shop, sales manager performance and recent customer installations by WDS representatives.

Correct use of POS materials available: individual attention to each WDS Salon. MIROPLAST provides shipping according to needs and properly completed request forms.

WDS Salons participate in every marketing and promotional activity of WDS and MIROPLAST.

Periodical training sessions and evaluation once a quarter: WDS profile systems; WDS windows and doors production and installation; sales training and business method development.

Product and POS materials: only WDS profiles can be illustrated, demonstrated and sold in WDS Salons, no competitor POS materials or profiles can be displayed.

WDS Salon managers and staff cannot offer, show or advise customers on profiles, windows or doors other than those produced with WDS profile systems.
